Scope

We will not knowingly support or engage in any activities that exploit individuals through forced labour, bonded labour, human trafficking, child labour, or any other form of modern slavery.
- Supply Chain Transparency: We aim to enhance transparency throughout our supply chains to assess and address the risk of modern slavery. This includes regularly reviewing and evaluating our suppliers’ and business partners’ compliance with modern slavery laws and ethical standards.
- Supplier Due Diligence: We require all our suppliers and business partners to comply with the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Prior to engaging with any supplier or business partner, we conduct due diligence to assess their commitment to combating modern slavery and ensuring ethical practices.
- Employee Awareness: We are committed to raising awareness and providing training to our employees and contractors regarding modern slavery and human trafficking issues. This will empower them to recognize and report any concerns related to modern slavery within the organization or its supply chains.
Reporting Concerns
We encourage all employees, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to promptly report any concerns related to modern slavery or human trafficking. Reports can be made through appropriate channels, such as supervisors, managers, or a designated ethics hotline.
Investigation and Action
Upon receiving reports or identifying potential instances of modern slavery or human trafficking, we will conduct thorough investigations in accordance with the law and our internal procedures. If any instances are confirmed, we will take appropriate action, which may include termination of relationships, reporting to authorities, and implementing corrective measures.
Continuous Improvement
We are committed to regularly reviewing and updating this policy to ensure its effectiveness in addressing modern slavery and human trafficking risks. Our goal is to continually improve our practices and contribute to the global efforts to eradicate modern slavery.
